Returns and Replacements Policy
You are allowed to return and/or exchange most items you bought within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items that cannot be returned will be clearly indicated in the product listing. You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) to return a purchase to us. Without the RMA, we will NOT refund you even if you shipped the items back to us.
This stipulation has NO EXCEPTIONS. All accessories and boxes that accompany your purchase must be returned to us. A restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund if any accessories are missing. You will pay for the shipping to return the item back to us unless we ship you a defective and/or wrong product.
REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE AND/OR WRONG PRODUCTS:
We take FULL responsibility if we shipped you a defective and/or wrong item. We will cover the shipment to recover the item from you and we will also cover the shipment of the replacement. However, we retain the right to refund you the purchase amount if we are out of stock. The manufacturer of the product also reserves the right to determine if they should repair the defective item or send you a replacement.
Please note that for defective items, if the manufacturer deems that the item is NOT defective, we will NOT cover the shipping. In other words, we will refund you the purchase price of the item minus the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.
For example, a very common return request is that the device you received fails to turn on. However, the manufacturer later found that the batteries were simply inserted incorrectly. The manufacturer will NOT cover the return shipping in such cases. You are recommended to copy the serial number of the defective item before you send the item in.
